DODA, Apr 9: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is pledged to strengthen democracy and make J&K a developed Union Territory. This was stated by Ravinder Raina, president, Jammu & Kashmir, BJP while addressing a Shakti Kendra Pramukh Sammelan of district Doda here, today.
Ravinder Raina and J&K BJP general secretary (Org.), Ashok Kaul were the main speakers in the Sammelan which was also addressed by Sunil Sharma general secretary J&K UT, Shakti Raj Parihar J&K UT vice president BJP, Vipan Sharma, Parliamentary Constituency general secretary, Daleep Singh Parihar Ex MLA, Bhaderwah, Swami Raj Sharma, district president BJP Doda and other senior party leaders.
The motive of this programme was to aware the Karyakartas about the role of Shakti Kendra Pramukhs.
Ravinder Raina emphasized on strengthening the party structure at grass root level. He also stressed on holding of organizational programmes at booth level so as to carry the message of the party clearly to the ground activist. He asked them to hold the party’s regular workshops for the capacity building of its cadre. He said that with the efficient working by the party cadre, masses will feel more connected to the party and its leaders.
Ashok Kaul in his address spoke on the organizational issues and discussed the forthcoming party programmes with the Shakti Kendra Pramukhs. He prompted the party activists to raise their organizational issues with the party leadership.
Sunil Sharma said that unprecedented development has taken place in the whole region since the inception of Narendra Modi led Union Government. He spoke at length on the benefits of Ujjwala, PMAY, Ayushmaan Bharat, Ujaala, Mudra and other flagship schemes of Modi Government that have been delivered to the beneficiaries in Doda.
Swami Raj in his presidential address, focused upon the organizational achievements in strengthening the party at the grass root level. He also deliberated upon the formation and the structure of the Shakti Kendras.
Other prominent leaders included Manjeet Bhagat and Ramneek Singh Manhas general secretaries of BJP, Baldev Singh Billowria, Prabhari BJP district Doda, Seh Prabhari, Shashi Goswami, Dhananter Singh Kotwal, DDC Chairman, Sangeeta Bhagat, DDC Vice Chairman, Manjeet Razdan ex district president BJP Doda, All Morcha presidents and general secretaries, State Executive members, district body Members BJP, Mandal pradhans, Mandal general secretaries, DDC’s BDC’s and many more workers were attended the programme.
