JAMMU, Apr 9: Chinore Police arrested two thieves and recovered stolen motorcycle from their possession.
As per police sources, while working over a theft case registered under FIR Number 88/2021 under Section 379 IPC with Police Station Domana, a team from Police Post Chinore arrested two thieves, who were identified as Akash Khushu alias Lala, son of Ashok Kumar of Sharika Vihar Muthi District Jammu and Shubham Mehta alias Manu, son of Anil Mehta of Dogra Nagar Muthi District Jammu.
On their disclosure, stolen motorcycle bearing registration number JK02AC-9213 was recovered.
Further questioning of the accused is going on to ascertain their involvement in other theft cases.
Police team led by Incharge Police Post Chinore SI Avtar Chaudhary made the arrest under supervision of SHO Domana Inspector Mahesh Sharma, SDPO Domana Kosheen Koul and SP Rural Sanjay Sharma.
