JAMMU, Apr 9: A missing woman was found dead in river Chenab near Maira area of Jourian, here, police sources said.
The deceased has been identified as Madhu Bala Choudhary, wife of late Ranjeet Lal Choudhary, a resident of Shastri Nagar District Jammu. She was missing since yesterday morning.
The body of the deceased has been shifted to mortuary of Sub District Hospital (SDH) Akhnoor for autopsy.
Jourian Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
