JAMMU, June 4: Principal District and Sessions Judge today issued notification regarding the Judges who will hold the courts during summer vacations in the Subordinate Courts from June 10 to June 24.
According to the order, Sanjay Gupta, Additional Sessions Judge Jammu will be the vacation judge from June 10, 2013 to June 14, 2013, 1st Additional Sessions Judge Jammu YP Bourney will be Vacation Judge from June 15, 2013 to June 19, 2013 and Subash Chander Gupta, 2nd Additional Sessions Judge from June 20, 2013 to June 27, 2013.
According to another order issued by Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu, BA Munshi, 3rd Additional Munsiff will be the Duty Magistrate from June 10, 2013 to June 13, Vijay Singh Manhas Special Passanger Tax Magistrate Jammu will be Duty Magistrate from June 14, 2013 to June 17, Yash Pal Sharma, Munsiff Jammu from June 18 to June 21 and Sudhir Khajuria will be Duty Magistrate from June 22 to June 24.
These Judicial Officers will be Duty Magistrates for the disposal of emergent criminal cases for district Jammu during the summer vacations.
