JAMMU, Apr 16: Home Department has ordered promotion of 13 Chief Prosecution Officers and 27 Senior Prosecuting Officers on officiating basis and in their own pay and grade with charge allowance as admissible for a period of six month or till the posts are filled up on regular basis.
The Chief Prosecuting Officers who have been placed as Deputy Directors Prosecution are Khalid Muzaffar Jan, Mohd Ashraf Bakshi, Dawood Ahmed Tota, Inderjeet Lal, Laeeq Ahmed Dar, Aejaz Ahmed Bhat, Sunita Kargotra, Qazi Abdul Qayoom, Javid Iqbal, Bhupinder Singh, Mohammad Shafi, Mushtaq Ahmad Zargar and Satish Kumar.
The Senior Prosecuting Officers who have been promoted as Chief Prosecuting Officers are Ajay Kumar, Mohd Saleem, Vijay Sudan, Anil Kumar Gandotra, Syed Jehangir Ahmad, Ranjeev Kumar, Manzar Khayam, Rajesh Sharma, Himanshu Parakash, Safat Ahmad, Najeev Hussain Nahvi, Jatinder Kumar Anand, Aijaz Ahmad Najar, Mohd Amir Almansoor, Rohit Gupta, Anil Dev Jamwal, Syed Sareer Ahmad, Taimoor Jehangir Khan, Koushal Kumar Kotwal, Bandhana Jamwal, Ab. Rashid Magloo, Syed Mushtaq Ahmad, Tasheem Bashir, Sajid Hussain Bhat, Mohd Rafiq, Suhaib Ashraf Allaqaband, Zia ur Rehman Khan.
