REASI, Apr 20: A GREF worker was killed after being hit by shooting stones while operating JCB machine in Mahore area, this evening.
The deceased was identified as Daleep Kumar (40), son of Dharam Singh of Bedawas, Rewari Haryana.
He was operating GREF JCB machine at the road near Ganjote in Mahore when suddenly stones start falling from the mountains. Even as he ran for safety but was trapped and got seriously injured. He was immediately shifted to PHC Dharmari where doctors referred him to DH Reasi. However, he succumbed to his injuries on way to Reasi.
