JAMMU, June 6: Welfare Committee Roop Nagar Enclave Block A Jammu in an appeal to Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) authorities have demanded that the work of black topping construction of drains in Lane number 2 and 3 and Mandir Lane of the area be started immediately for which the funds were earmarked by the civic body already.
The meeting was chaired by P K Peshin general secretary of the Committee. It also demanded that the present transformer in the area be replaced with a transformer of high capacity.
