In her address, Pooja Gupta spoke about her personal struggles and how she overcame them. She started by stating that she could succeed in life because her parents and family members encouraged her to pursue her dreams rather than pursue a career in medicine. “It was difficult for me to become an entrepreneur since most of my family members worked for the Government but despite this, I persisted in pursuing my dream and was eventually successful,” she added.
She explained that it is undoubtedly an entrepreneurial mentality that can generate an opportunity after finding a consumer need while simultaneously serving society and creating opportunities for others.
Dr Renu Gupta, in her concluding remarks, said that to bring change in society, women must challenge stereotype roles, myths, and exploitations. She emphasized that woman entrepreneurship can lead to a tremendous social change, making women financially empowered and independent.
