POONCH, Apr 28: Mendhar Police arrested two absconders, who were evading their arrest from the past over a decade.
As per police spokesman, a team from Police Station Mendhar apprehended two absconders, who were evading their arrest from the past 11 to 12 years.
The accused were identified as Mohammad Maroof, son of Mohammad Bashir of Chajjla Simkan Mendhar and Arshad Ahmed, son of Mohammad Iqbal of Dharana Mendhar.
Mohammad Maroof was wanted in a case registered under FIR Number 35/2009 under Section 365 RPC, while Arshad Ahmed in case registered under FIR Number 209/2010 under Sections 379, 447 and 109 RPC.
Further investigation into the cases is going on.
