JAMMU, May 30: Member Legislative Assembly (MLA) Jammu West and former Union Minister of State, Prof Chaman Lal Gupta today inaugurated the bathing ghat at Ward No 34 at Vikas Nagar, Sarwal.
Addressing the gathering, Prof Gupta briefed the people about the various development works taken in hand for laying electricity lines and black topping of the roads in the ward No 34 and ward No 26.
Prof Gupta took stock of the various development work taken up in hand in the Shiv temple at Vikas Nagar by the municipality and directed authorities to take up the development of the morning walk park at the earliest.
JKDF Chairman Anil Gupta, apprised Prof Gupta of the difficulties and some of the basic problems being faced by the people of the said area.
Among others present were senior leader, JKDF, Murari Lal Balgotra, Krishan Lal, district president Arun Khanna, youth leader Prashant Puri, district women president Shruti Khajuria, district youth president, Munish Khajuria, Monika Gupta, Ajay Manhas, etc.
