UDHAMPUR, June 8: Three day workshop-cum-orientation programme conducted by State Institute of Education (SIE) concluded today at Government Boys Higher Secondary School, in which 34 for Laboratory Assistant of Government Higher Secondary and High Schools took part.
During the workshop, faculty members from SIE acted as resource persons. Various interactive and practical sessions were held and the participants acquainted with their role and responsibilities.
On the valedictory function, SK Gandotra, Joint Director Secondary Education, Directorate of School Education was the chief guest, who while speaking stressed upon the participants to inculcate scientific temper among the students.
OP Bhagat, FA acted as coordinator, while Pritam Singh, Ashok Sharma, Rajinder Kumar, SK Gupta and Archana Khanna, all research officers of SIE acted as resource persons.
Earlier, the workshop was inaugurated by Chief Education Officer Balbir Singh in presence of JM Tharmat, Principal, HSS Udhampur.
