Srinagar June 8: Police have seized 60 bags of sugar being illegally sold from Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) Department Pampore in district Pulwama to private dealers.
Police have arrested six persons including a departmental storekeeper. The storekeeper has been suspended also. The arrested persons include Bilal Ahmad Wagay of Koil Pulwama working as Junior Assistant in ICDS office at Pampore, shopkeeper Pervaiz Ahmad Malik of Delipora Pulwama and Ghulam Nabi Mir of Malik pora Pulwama.
Police have registered a case U/S 409,420,411. RPC 120 in this regard.
