RAJOURI, June 11: The police arrested a youth from Thanna Mandi area and recovered one kilogram poppy straw ( Bukki) from his possession.
Reports said a police party under the supervision of SDPO Thanna Mandi, Najib-ur-Rehaman raided a house at Old Thanna Mandi and arrested one Shakeel Ahmed, son of Mir Hussain. During searches of the house, the police recovered one kilogram of Bukki. A case was registered in this connection. Further investigation was in progress.
