JKRCEA makes committees to help people in Corona crisis

JAMMU, May 14: Jammu Kashmir Reserved Categories Empowerment Alliance (JKRCEA) has established helpdesk for the needy and poor people for all kind of help during the Corona crisis.
JKCREA leaders said that they have been providing food items to labourers, daily wage workers and other needy people affected by the lockdown.
They held a virtual meeting today which was joined by JKCREA members from Samba, Kathua, Chenab valley, Akhnoor, Rajouri and Poonch in which the detailed deliberations with district teams were held for the active involvement of JKRCEA cadres for COVID mitigation.
Prof. G.L Thapa, working president of JKRCEA emphasized on the need of active role of leaders of socio-religious, young cadres and those associated with healthcare in containment efforts like communication about COVID appropriate behaviour in public, helping government to promote vaccination in rural areas and vulnerable groups and timely testing.
Two main committees were constituted for the overall coordination of JKRCEA relief operation.
