KISHTWAR, June 12: Police today recovered a girl and arrested a youth for allegedly kidnapping her, a day after locals in the district held protest over the case.
Police sources said that girl was rescued from the forest area of Kuchan this afternoon and handed over to her parents after medical examination. The accused Ulfat, son of Bahar Din was arrested.
A case in this regard has already been registered.
