RAMBAN, May 18: A teenage boy was drowned in river Chenab while fishing near Gaungwan area of tehsil Rajgarh.
As per police sources, Mukesh Singh (19), son of Maan Singh was fishing in river Chenab near his residence in Gaugwan area tehsil Rajgarh when he accidently slipped and drowned in the river.
After getting information, police team rushed to the spot and started operation to fish out the body from the river with the help of local volunteers. Search operation was going on when last reports were compiled.
Ramban Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
