JAMMU, May 18: A Pakistani intruder was injured on being shot at by the BSF personnel along the International Border (IB) in Samba sector tonight.
The BSF shifted the injured man to Accident Hospital Vijaypur from where he was later referred to the Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu as he had sustained deep bullet injuries.
The intruder has disclosed his identity in the hospital as Asif son of Israr Kazmi of Lahore.
It was yet to be ascertained whether the injured was militant or had inadvertently reached close to the International Border.
