GMC Jammu gets 50 more BiPAP machines

JAMMU, May 26: Jammu and Kashmir Medical Supplies Corporation Limited (JKMSCL) today provided 50 more BiPAP machines to Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu for COVID patient care.
These BiPAP machines got inspected and checked in the Intensive Care Unit of Government Medical College Jammu by concerned doctors who found them working satisfactorily. Now, GMC Jammu has 88 BiPAP machines in total.
BiPAP machines were also provided to GMC Srinagar and other new Medical Colleges of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir in order to use the same in rational manner in the patient care.
It is worthwhile to mention here that last week 56 BiPAP machines were received as donation from Union Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, which were simultaneously handed over to GMC Jammu and GMC Srinagar.
