JAMMU : Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan and music director Pritam today paid obeisance at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Cave Shrine situated in Trikuta Hills of mountainous Reasi district.
“MP Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan this morning reached Sanjhi Chat in a chopper and went to the Cave Shrine,” an official here said.
He said he offered special prayers at the shrine and then returned to Katra from where he flew back.
Meanwhile Bollywood personality Pritam alongwith his family also reached Katra this afternoon.
“He reached Sanjhi Chat in helicopter,” an official said adding that Pritam also participated in special prayers after spending sometime at Bhawan before returning to Katra base camp.
Pritam in 2011 had also acted as judge in All India Devotional Song Competition organized during Navratra Festival. (AGENCIES)
