UDHAMPUR, June 15: An eleven-year old boy got drowned after he fell in a pond at Barolla in Udhampur. The deceased was identified as Shunu son of Des Raj of Barolla.
Meanwhile, Police today recovered body of the truck driver who was washed away due to flash flood in Birmah Nallah on Tuesday. The body was recovered from Chilla Surinser about 60 Km from the Birma Nallah spot where the deceased Suraj Larkash son of Sandokhu Ram of Rathian Udhampur had washed away.
Police party took the body to District Hospital Udhampur for Postmortem and then handed it over to the family members for the last rites
