JAMMU, May 31: A deputation of plus 2 Officers Forum led by Ram Parkash along with Ajeet Sharma and Nariender Kumar Sharma met Director School Education (DSE) and discussed the wider ramifications, discrepancy and deficiency of recently issued regularization orders in length and breadth.
It also discussed the issue of those who have not joined and who left the Department. Moreover the loss of those in charge principals who are not regularised joined and served in far-flung areas and have been deprived of three to eight years should be reconsidered with notional effect from date of joint or rectifying it by other means.
The overall scenario like promotion of senior lecturers ,degradation of academic standard and all other issues even like regularization of R.T teachers into general teacher and future implication was also discussed. Director School Education assured that Government can have many options with respect to aggrieved regular Principals who are more sufferers. It was also decided to have same discussion with administrative secretary in the coming days.
