JAMMU, June 15: In order to carry out preventive maintenance and strengthening of the of 132 KV Gladni-Kalakote transmission line, the power supply to the areas fed from Sidhra Grid Station, Janipur Grid Station, Rajouri Grid Station and Kalakote Grid Station will remain affected on June 16, 2013 from 7 a m to 2 p m.
Similarly, in order to carry out stringing work of span 2-3 of under construction 132 KV D/C KV Hiranagar-Battal Manwal transmission line, the shut down of 132/33 KV Kathua-Hiranagar transmission line on June 16 and 17, 2013 from 3 p m to 8 p m has been allowed.
As intimated by Chief Engineer, S&O Wing Jammu, during the period 3×40 MW SEWA HEP of NHPC will have a full day schedule of 120 MW as communicated by Chief Engineer, SEWA and if needed power curtailment of 15 to 20 MW will be affected on Mahanpur, Kathua and Samba areas (partially).
