NEW DELHI: An earthquake of magnitude 3.1 on the Richter Scale was felt in Jammu and Kashmir on Tuesday. The quake was reported at 3.47 pm with its epicentre at a depth of 88 km east of Katra, according to the National Centre of Seismology (NCS).
