KISHTWAR, June 6: Chatroo Police busted fake driving licence (DL) module and arrested one person.
As per police sources, on specific information regarding issuance of fake driving licence, a team from Police Station Chatroo led by SHO Inspector Sandeep Parihar conducted raid at a computer shop and arrested its owner for making fake driving licences.
The arrested person was identified as Muddasir Hussain, son of Habibullah of Batwari Tehsil Chatroo. The shop situated at Bus Stand Chatroo has also been seized. Police recovered also recovered some forged and fake driving licences and also seized the computer device.
A case under FIR Number 30/2021 under Sections 420, 467 and 468 IPC and 66 D IT Act was registered at Police Station Chatroo and investigation started.
