JAMMU, June 16: JMC Councillor, Amit Gupta today kick started blacktopping work at Vinayak Bazaar of Ward-19, here today.
The blacktopping work was started by the Councillor in presence of prominent citizens. The work is being executed by the Public Works Department.
Later, the Councillor along with Assistant Executive Engineer and JE visited the ward and its surrounding localities and met with the locals. They put forth various issues of public importance such as construction and renovation of pending lanes and drains, blacktopping of the main roads as well as interior lanes, etc.
The Councillor assured that all the issues raised by them would be redressed in time bound manner and also assured that all ongoing development works of the said ward would also complete in stipulated time frame.
