JAMMU, June 24: BJP leader, Baldev Singh Billawaria along with former councilor, Paramjit Singh visited Ward 58 Green Avenue in Gandhi Nagar constituency and took stock of the problems being faced by the residents due to the poor condition of the road.
Local residents told Billawaria that the road was in bad condition for a long time. While interacting with the people, BJP leader Billawaria assured them that their grievances would be addressed and much improved basic services will be provided to them. He said that under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi, BJP at the Center is working tirelessly for the development of the nation. He said that BJP follows the principle of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas and Sabka Vishwas” and is committed to giving development to the people at all levels.
Later Billawaria distributed ration kits to the needy people under “Sewa Hi Sangathan”.
He said that now, as the lockdown has been lifted, poor people are still facing financial problems and shortage of ration and other essential commodities. Hence, to help these needy people BJP workers are continuously providing ration and other needed things to poor people.
Billawaria further said the BJP is determined to serve the suffering humanity and continue their services for the needy. He said the party would continue the work and provide support to poor people who are still facing problems in earning livelihood.
He appealed to the public to wear mask while exiting the house and avoid going to the crowded place. He asked people to follow all administrative guidelines on COVID-19 and to keep the surroundings clean with homes in their area amid the growing outbreak of the Corona epidemic.
