Goods over Rs 35 lakh traded across LoC

POONCH : Goods worth over Rs 35 lakh were traded across the Line of Control (LoC) today at Chakan-Da-Bagh crossing point here, officials said.
As many as six trucks rolled out from the Trade Facilitation Centre (TFC) here to PoK, they said. These trucks carried bags of lemons, chilli and bananas worth Rs 20,58,085, they added.
From PoK, eight trucks carrying bags of herbs, almonds and dry dates worth Rs 14,58,715 entered India, they said.
Officials from both sides monitored transportation of these goods twice during the day. (AGENCIES)
