JAMMU, June 21: Vacation Judge of the High Court, Justice B L Bhat today stayed the fresh selection process of Pharmacists and junior Dental Technicians in the Ramban district.
The direction was passed in a petition filed by Rajesh Kotwal and others mentioning that selection process for recruitment of Junior Pharmacists and Junior Dental Technicians for District Cadre Ramban vide Advertisement Notice No 1 of 2011 dated January 31, 2011 has not been completed and the respondents issued fresh Advertisement Notification No 06 of 2013 for the same number of posts for District Ramban.
After hearing Advocate Ajay Singh Manhas appearing for the petitioners, Vacation Judge disposed of the petition with the direction to the respondents to consider the case of petitioners and not resort to fresh selection process until the selection process initiated in the year 2011 is concluded.
