JAMMU, June 1: Akshita Sharma, daughter of Jammu born journalist Ashwani Sharma, a Special Correspondent of the Indian Express at Shimla, has cracked National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) exam getting overall 25th rank in the final list. She ranked 6th in written test.
She excelled among nearly 10,000 students securing 21st position in her general merit category.
Akshita is a topper of Indian School Certificate (ISC) Board exams securing 92.75 per cent marks in humanities stream and ranked third in Himachal Pradesh. She was a student of Shimla’s 148 year old Auckland House Public School.
