He said overall proposal required cancelation and new proposals be made by constituting a Committee of zonal education officers and principals of the clusters.
JKTF requests Principal Secretary, Education and Director School Education Jammu to personally intervene into the matter and review this list before making formal orders. Besides, Principal Secretary, School Education has issued transfer orders of different cadres in a very transparent manner giving relief to the teaching community. So the organization demands that same treatment be given to the teachers of the district and it requested for the constitution of Review Committee of the local officers of the district who are well aware of the local topography.
The protestors said some teachers are transferred within ten kilometer of urban area since past many years under some influence. On the other hand some teachers are posted 60 to 150 km away from their home town since long and still waiting for relief.
