JAMMU, July 13: Shri Ram Sena, J&K unit, has threatened to launch agitation against the BJP led Government in the Centre for depriving Mahajans, Khatris and Sikhs communities from sale and purchase of agricultural land and taking up farming as a occupation.
Addressing media persons here, today, Rajiv Mahajan, president Shri Ram Sena, J&K unit said that with the abrogation of Article 370 and 35A from the erstwhile State on August 5, 2019, large sections of people including West Pakistani refugees, Valmikis etc who were deprived of their genuine rights by previous successive Governments got their due rights but it is extremely unfortunate that the Mahajan, Khatri and Sikh communities residing in the Jammu and Kashmir since 1947 have been deprived of selling and purchasing of agriculture land with amendment in the existing State Land Law.
