RAJOURI, July 14: A girl was raped by three persons in Nowshera area.
According to the reports, a girl living in a village falling under the jurisdiction of police station Nowshera today submitted a written complaint in the Police Station, alleging that she was threatened and raped by three persons namely Shubham Kumar son of Bhola Ram, Naresh Kumar son of Som Raj and Pankaj Kumar son of Vijay Kumar (all residents of Chowki Handan) in a nearby forest on July 11 when she had gone there with her aunt to fetch drinking water.
Acting on the complaint of the girl, a case FIR Number 144/2021 under Sections 376/109 of IPC was registered against the three accused at police station Nowshera and further investigation started.
