JAMMU, July 16: To celebrate ‘World Youth Skills Day’, Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with Sangam Tru Art Production presented Dogri Musical Concert ‘Assen Pahrni Udan’.
The programme was inaugurated by chief guest, J.K Raina, Producer-Director Films.
Among the guests of honour were Dr. Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director J&K Health Department; Dr. Anju Dogra, Health Department J&K and V.K Magotra, former Regional Director of Directorate of Field Publicity.
The programme commenced with song of ‘Assen Pahrni Udan’ etc and dances were also presented by BLSKS artists.
The Musical Concert was written, produced and directed by M.L Dogra, former Regional Director, Song and Drama Division.
The chief guest, Raina while speaking on the occasion said that main goal of this day is to equip young people around the world with essential skills for employment, work and entrepreneurship.
Artists who performed in the concert were Rajni Gupta, M.C Kotwal, Sanjeev Sodhi, Chahat Chadha, Richu and others.
