2-day Infra Educa begins

JAMMU, June 28: To cater the problems faced by students in terms of the best career option and courses available within the country, a two-day Education-cum-career fair, Infra Educa-2013 began today at Jhelum Resorts, Gandhi Nagar, near Bahu Plaza Jammu.

The Infra Educa is being attended by several educational institutions like MITS University (exclusive for girls) Ganga Group of Institutes, Samalkha Group of Institutions, Delhi Institute of Technology and Management, SGT University, Radha Govind Engineering College, IIMET, GNIT, GITM Group of Institutions, Arya Group of Colleges, Lincloyn University, Study Malaysia etc.
The entry and counseling at the exhibition is made free to ensure that maximum number of students could take advantage of the annual education exhibition.
Defence Services is the main attraction of the fair to encourage the young brigade to take up a career in the Armed forces. The participation by Indian Air Force has attracted lot many students.
Representatives of Government Departments like the Indian Council for Medical has given information to large number of people especially students aspiring to join medical and other technical colleges.
Nearly 1000 students visited the fair for counseling and guidance while more number is likely to participate tomorrow for taking benefit.
