JAMMU, Aug 6: Bus Stand Police arrested three persons for creating nuisance in public place.
As per police sources, during patrolling a team from Police Station Bus Stand led by SHO Inspector Deepanker Singh apprehended three persons during night hours for creating nuisance in public place.
The apprehended persons were identified as Hem Raj, son of Shiv Ram of Sadotra Tehsil Panchari District Udhampur, Harsh Kumar, son of Dev Raj of Mishriwala District Jammu and Ram Paul, son of Chuni Lal of Belicharana District Jammu.
They were taken into custody under Sections 41-2 and 109 CrPC and will be produced before Executive Magistrate.
The similar team also seized one unclaimed motorcycle bearing registration number JK02CQ-0912 under Section 102 and 457 CrPC.
