JAMMU, Aug 8: Domana, Jhajjar Kotli, Kanachack and Sidhra Police seized four vehicles involved in illegal mining.
As per police sources, teams from Police Station Domana led by SHO Inspector Mahesh Sharma, Police Station Jhajjar Kotli led by SHO Inspector Devinder Singh, Police Station Kanachack led by SHO Inspector Vishav Partap Singh and Police Post Sidhra led by SI Shakil Ahmed raided different locations in their respective areas and seized four different vehicles involved in illegal mining.
The mining was being done in violation of order of High Court of J&K.
In order to strictly implement the drive against illegal mining and to tighten noose against the violators of the law, Jammu Police has initiated strict action.
