“Our exams were supposed to be held in June and now it’s August and the Board is yet to put out a notification regarding the paper patterns and other necessary details,” Abid Ahmad, one of the students said.
He said that the Board has not so far even informed them when the online examinations will commence. The students said that they are apprehensive that the Board might go with the offline examinations which would be akin to putting their lives at risk.
“The pandemic is still on and they cannot put the lives of thousands of students at risk by holding the offline examinations,” the students said.
The students appealed to the authorities in this regard to look into the matter and take measures so that the examinations of the 6th semester are held at the earliest and through virtual mode keeping in view the pandemic.
