New Dogri song “Fauji” launched on YouTube channel

JAMMU, Aug 22: Music composer, singer and writer, Sumit Khajuria has come up with a concept of yearning family members of Army personnel with the launch of his new Dogri song.
The composer feels that those left behind at home always keep thinking about their bread earner and long to see him (Fauji) come back on vacations. But vacations are subject to approvals, as country is more important and comes foremost. The song `Fauji’ is actually a Dogri love song. It envisages cute relationship between Fauji and his wife. Wives at home pray and wish for safety and long life of their husbands on duty.
This song was shot an year ago at Reasi, all artists and crew travelled all the way to Reasi and shot it in picturesque scenery. Producer of the song Khajuriapix Productions made sure that all precautions were taken during pandemic, but the pace of virus kept many artists to stick to their homes, and finally a call was taken to shelve this project.
Finally now, when everything seems to be alright, the final shots were rearranged and presented on the editing table. The ready product is already being appreciated on the Yoututbe. More and more Dogras are commenting and liking. Jammuites are rejoicing pure Desi dose of Dogri song with a lot of modernisation and presentation in new formats.
Most of the music is live. Having sung himself alongwith the duet voice of Avantika Sharma, this song is a treat indeed. The song opens up with a loud and clear, resonating voice of the singer who has sung wholeheartedly , which translates into a close relative communication in the hearts of listeners. Where everything is going electronic, Khajuria believes in real and authentic instruments to create actual folk vibe only to package the final product with new age forward moving music, so that old folks and new gen youth both rejoice equally. The lyrics of the song also synchronize while watch the video on youtube which is a boon for non-Dogri speakers. The song is written by Harsh Tunda Mittar and has acted in the song along with Shruti Sharma.
