SRINAGAR, July 3: Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah has sanctioned Rs. 1 lakh for ITBP Inspector Bhim Singh of Kathua, who has lost his life while saving pilgrims in Uttarakhand natural calamity.
The Chief Minister in a condolence message to the family of the deceased has also conveyed his sympathy and prayed for peace to the departed soul.
