Aggrieved PO candidates demand rescheduling of exam

JAMMU, Aug 25: Aggrieved candidates for the post of Prosecuting Officer (PO), who were not allowed entry in the examination hall, lodged a protest seeking an opportunity for appearing in the said exam.
The aggrieved candidates, who are Law Graduates, assembled in front of the Service Selection Board office at Resham Ghar Jammu and voiced their resentment over alleged non-cooperative attitude of the examination staff on duty.
They were demanding rescheduling of the examination for the left over candidates.

The aggrieved candidates claimed that all of them had timely reached the examination centre but were denied entry in the hall for the reasons best known to the concerned authorities.
“Examination for the post of Prosecuting Officer is being conducted after a gap of seven years and denying the candidates an opportunity to appear in the exam is not justified for any reason,” they said and appealed the Chairman SSB to deliver justice by according permission for rescheduling the examination for the left out candidates.
