Art 370 our birth right, hope to get justice from SC: Rana

MENDHAR, Aug 25: Former MLA and senior NC leader Javed Rana today claimed that Article 370 and 35-A were the birth rights of the people from J&K and hoped that they would get justice from the Supreme Court of India.
While addressing people during his visit to border area of Mankote, Tain and Chrangari near the Line of Control, Rana said no doubt people of the area are suffering a lot due to problems but public has appreciated the role of National Conference for its contribution and his work which he has done during his tenure as MLA.
People of the area expressed their gratitude for upgrading the middle school Tain as High School, providing road net work under NABARD, providing of lift water supply to the area, motorable bridges at Chajalla and Mankote tehsil and CD block for Mankote beside settlement of poor and downtrodden people in the colony on the road side at Charangeri.
While speaking Rana appreciated the role of the public of border area for their contributions to make strong this border belt, whereas having a lot of problems local public always stood with the nation, ceasefire violation and amorphous attitude of present administrative setup in the state, as after the dissolution of the state Assembly it looks that there is no govt in the area, as the District administrative machinery has failed to give social security to the public of the area.
Rana ask District administration to provide pacca bunkers, regular water supply in the area, new building for High School Tain Mankote , completion of approved road under NBARD. He also demanded overall development of this border belt by providing of funds under BADP and TSP.
Rana reiterated his demand for restoration of Art370 and 35 A, full and united statehood for J&K. He described it as their birth right. He also demanded Administrative Division /Province for Poonch-Rajouri and separate Parliamentary constituency for the sub region.
