SAMBA, Aug 27: District Administration Samba today retrieved 361 Kanal encroached Government land during an anti-encroachment drive at two separate places.
The drive was conducted at village Simalana and Madkoli of Sumb area under the supervision of Deputy Commissioner Anuradha Gupta. The anti encroachment team led by Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Rajeev Magotra pressed a JCB machine and dismantled multiple RCC structures including shops, poultry sheds, culverts, wall boundaries and other structures at the two places.
“The anti encroachment team retrieved 301 Kanal land in village Simalana and 60 Kanal in Madkoli of Sumb area” , said the ACR .
Tehsildar Samba, Naib Tehsildar, Chowki Police officer Sumb besides other field officials were part of the team.
