JAMMU, Aug 28: RS Pura Police arrested a man along with illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station RS Pura led by PSI Aziz Tariq under the supervision of SHO RS Pura Inspector Jai Pal Sharma and SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan established a naka near Badyal Qazian Morh and apprehended a person along with 50 quarters of illicit liquor.
The arrested person was identified as Sunil Kumar, son of Yash Pal, a resident of Chakrohi tehsil Suchetgarh District Jammu.
A case FIR Number 178/2021 under Section 48-A Excise Act has been registered at Police Station RS Pura and investigation started.
