JAMMU, Aug 31: A woman allegedly committed suicide by consuming some poisonous substance in Jaswan area, police sources said.
The deceased was identified as Ratno Devi, wife of Tara Chand, a resident of Jaswan District Jammu.
After conducting post-mortem, the body of the deceased has been handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Kanachack Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
