JAMMU, Sept 4: Chairman of Team Jammu, Zorawar Singh Jamwal today inaugurated Dukh Niwaran Clinic having Eye and Orthopedic OPDs at R S Pura, here today.
Speaking on the occasion, Team Jammu chief appreciated young entrepreneur Shiva Sharma for opening the new venture and setting an example for youth of Jammu and Kashmir how to become self-employed, when Government fails to provide job opportunities. He also lauded team of young Doctors including Dr Parvej Singh (Orthopedic) and Dr Ajay Sharma (Eye Specialist) for starting OPDs in rural and border belt of Jammu. The opening of such medical facilities will help border residents to avail medical treatment at their doorsteps, he added.
While interacting, young entrepreneur Shiva Sharma announced that “the fee of doctors has been kept nominal and 15 per cent discount has also been kept on medicines as part of social service. He further informed that “in days to come, free medical camps would also be organized under the banner of Team Jammu. “This way, an awareness campaign would be started at Panchayat level to make villagers health conscious,” he said.
“Young entrepreneurs of Jammu Province like Shiva Sharma are best examples of Atam Nirbhar. But unfortunately, the Government seems to have failed to provide more and more job opportunities to educated unemployed youth of Jammu and Kashmir. The Government must take initiatives in making specific policy how to forward support to young entrepreneurs who are exhibiting their best efforts and caliber,” pointed out Chairman, Team Jammu, Zorawar Singh Jamwal.
Among others who were present on the occasion, included Arun Jojra Johny, Sawan Sharma, Sahil Chib, Rishu Gupta, Pawan Chowdhary, Deepak Chib, Ankush Mehra, Rohit Kumar, Sachin Kumar, Lucky Chowdhary and Aman Chowdhary.
