JAMMU, Sept 10: Devasthan Prabhandak Committee (DPC) tehsil Bijbehara and Sirgufwara Anantnag Kashmir held a meeting today under the chairmanship of Prof. M L Malla regarding the protection and preservation of Hindu shrines and temples in the area.
The meeting disbanded the adhoc body which was formed to conduct the holy yatra to Prachin Amarnath shrine Tejwara. It appointed Kuldeep Bhan as election incharge with Puneet Shastri as co incharge for conducting elections to new body. The elections if necessary will be held next month.
