JAMMU, Sept 13: Jammu and Kashmir is reeling under dark era since the BJP has taken over the reign of the country.
This was said by DDC Member TS Tony while addressing a gathering at RS Pura.
Tony said that gifts of the BJP Government are sky-rocketing inflation, anti-youth, anti-people and anti-farmer policies which have made life of the people full of hardships.
“The prices of essential commodities are touching skies and fuel especially LPG has broken all previous records”, people of Gobar Basti said and condemned the silence of BJP leaders who earlier used to boast that they will become the voice of Jammu but when the party came to power they have toed the line of Kashmir-centric parties and become well-wishers of only Kashmiris.
Tony said that the parliamentary delegations are busy in appeasing Kashmiri people and are not bothered about the issues which the Jammu region is facing on account of age-old discrimination meted out by Kashmiri leadership since independence.
He said that unemployment is all time high under BJP rule. He said that bureaucrats are promoting anti-people policies as common man is left with no option to go and seek solace.
“It is the time that people of J&K should get united and give BJP a befitting reply by voting them out in the forthcoming elections as they consistently demeaned the people of J&K in the last over 7 years”, he said adding that people have already understood that BJP is not capable of doing things on ground as it has attained expertise only in rhetoric and making big and hollow promises.
The people of Gobar Basti said that they will campaign for TS Tony in the coming Assembly polls as they have impressed by the working style.
