JAMMU, Sept 20: Chief Judicial Magistrate Jammu Amarjeet Singh Langeh today directed Deputy Commissioner Jammu to attach movable property of Mahant Bachittar Singh College of Engineering & Technology through its Principal to the tune of amount awarded in the award under execution and submit compliance report by or before next date of hearing.
The CJM, however, clarified that in case the respondent deposits an amount of Rs 65,720 during execution of attachment warrant in question, District Collector (Deputy Commiss-ioner), Jammu shall cause that amount to be received and deposited in this court for onward disbursement to petitioner.
