JAMMU, Sept 20: Domana police today arrested a person with 50 psychotropic injections.
A team of police station Domana led by SHO Inspector Mahesh Sharma assisted by PSI Nitish Khajuria while on naka duty in Hazuri Bagh area rounded up a suspect namely Rishi Bassan son of Tilak Raj Bassan of Kabir Colony, Talab Tillo.
On search of his belongings, 50 psychotropic injections i.e 27 Diazelab Injections- Diazepam, 3 Rexogesic injections and 20 Phenergan injections-Promethazine Hydrochloride were recovered from him.
On this, a case FIR Number 264/2021 under Sections 08/21/22 of NDPS Act was registered at police station Domana and the accused was arrested. The overall arrest and recoveries were made under the supervision of SDPO Domana Kousheen Koul.
Further investigation of the case is going on.
