JAMMU, July 10: In compliance to the directions of the High Court, Government today ordered placement of 49 Prosecuting Officers as Incharge Senior Prosecuting Officers in their own pay and grade with immediate effect.
The promotees are Zia-ur-Rehman, Reyaz Ahmad Dar, Hilal Ahmad Bhat, Anuj Gupta, Manmohit Sharma, Ajay Dogra, Mohsin Hussain, Rajeshwar Basotra, Jaswant Raj, Rafi Ahmad Mir, Khurshid Ahmad, Abdul Rashid, Pankaj Seth, Farooq Ahmad, Kuldeep Kumar, Anshuman Dubbey, Rakesh Sambyal, Prithipal Singh, Aiiaz Ahmad, Manzoor Ahmad, Iftikhar-ul-Hassan, Gurjot Kour, Rakesh Khajuria, Reyaz Ahmad, Pooja Nijhon, Ravinder Paul, Anil Saini, Jaipal Singh, Mohammad Wajahat, Mansoor Ahmad, Arvind Rothore, Vikram Singh, Shahid Mustafa, Nawang Nurboo, Mansoor Ahmad, Rajeev Thapa, Rai Kumar, Javid Iqbal, Aijaz-ul-Hassan, Anoop Kumar, Joginder Lal, Ashwani Kumar, Riaz Ahmad, Sunil Kumar, Tsering Phuntsong, Sarfraz Ahmad, Raj Kumar, Mohammad Syed and Mohd Ajmal.
